Proof:  Content proof will be submitted if requested by customer for review and approval.

All approvals must be in writing/email by you or your representative prior to commencement of the work.

 

Claims:  Some products may contain defects, manufacturer or finish imperfections which may affect the outcome of the engraving or printing. We will not warrant, the quality of our engraving or printing on these products.

 

Copyrights:  Any reproduction of logos to be engraved or printed will be approved by the customer or delegate.  The customer also warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party.

 

Color Proofing:  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. A proof is used to simulate how the printed piece will look.  Due to differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between proofing and production, variations in color and shades between proofs and completed jobs will occur.  We will provide reprints if some color variation should occur at customers cost.

 

Responsibility:  It is the responsibility of the customer, to proof read and confirm accuracy of all decals/signs before applying to equipment, making sure that there are no errors or omissions that may result in damage to the equipment or personal injury.  Bran-Kor Trophies and Engraving cannot guarantee the validity of the information on the decals.  While we use reasonable effort to include accurate and up to date information provided by the customer, we make no warranties as the accuracy of the content and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content. 

 

Quotations:  All quotations are based on the specifications provided by the client and those which appear on the quote.  If at the time of submission the specifications are different than those originally supplied, the job will be re-quoted and invoiced accordingly.  Due to the constant change in the cost of materials, services and surcharges, quotations not executed within 30 days are subject to change.

 

Production:  Schedules will be established and adhered by, to the customer and provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty for delays due to fire, labor trouble, accidents, power failure, equipment breakdown, equipment failures, delays of suppliers and carriers, acts of God or other causes beyond our control.  If production schedules are not adhered final delivery date(s) will be subject to renegotiation.

 

Liability:  In no case shall Bran-Kor Trophies and Engraving, owner, employees, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
